NES Game Reviews

Overview

For many people (myself included), the Nintendo Entertainment System (also known as the NES) is the go-to game console for retro gaming - after all, many of the gaming industry's most popular franchises got their start on this classic system.

Today, it's quite easy to play these games. The simplest way is to buy them in retro game compilations on Steam or look them up on Nintendo Online, but finding cartridges and compatible consoles is also pretty easy.

Below are the 1 NES games I've reviewed so far. Many of them are still available via a retro collection, so be on the lookout for those. The others were played on an actual game console, as I have a modest collection of NES cartridges and a compatible capture card.

In their first grand adventure - but not their first appearance in a game - Mario and Luigi travel through the Mushroom Kingdom in order to rescue Princess Toadstool from the evil King Koopa!

Brief thoughts: You really need to overthink things in order to find anything offensive in this game.
