Glossary Entry: Ragequit

Quick Definition

Sometimes games frustrate players. In extreme cases, this leads to players quitting the game out of spite. Quitting like this is called a "ragequit".

Aborting a single player game in a huff like this isn't considered that bad, but doing it in a multiplayer game is considered very bad form and many games are starting to include automatic punishments for leaving mid-game to discourage ragequitting.
